Another Obama screw to Patrick.
The new car tax credit begins Feb 15th, rather than January 1st. When the idea was being shopped around, they said it could extend as far back as November 1, 2008.
They got America's support, and then changed the proposal. nice.
The new version of the tax break will cost the gov't less. Eh, it's all a wash anyway. The estimated value of the dollar (in 2008 money) at the end of an assumed second Obama term.... about $0.64
